PAYMENT TERMS
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PAYPAL Company Checks, Prepaid, COD’s, International Letter of Credit (For overseas purchases), Electronic Transfers, Cash and Net 30 days (upon approval.)

SHIPPING
For products in stock, expect a 48 hour turn around. We ship all products via UPS, FED-EX and US Post unless otherwise stated by customer. We do not accept unscheduled walk-ins.
RETURNS
You may return products for exchange only within the applicable warranty time. Returns must be received by Pro-Link within 30 days of invoice date. Before sending product back to us, you must first obtain an RMA number. Make sure returns are accompanied by the RMA number. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for unnecessary returns. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact our credit department no later than 7 days from receipt date. Acceptance of return is based on the discretion of Pro-Link. No returns will be accepted if the product was a non stocking item and had to be specially manufactured. CUSTOMS ARE NON RETURNABLE and/or REFUNDABLE.
WARRANTY
90 days from invoice date. 1 year on peripherals. As for cables and connectors are covered for lifetime.
